How to Prepare for an Exterior Cleaning Quote
A few details can help an exterior cleaner understand the work and give you a clearer scope. Ask Delta for instructions specific to your property before the appointment.
List the areas you want cleaned
Name each surface: for example, siding and a walkway, a fence, or gutters. If a deck and patio are both part of the request, say so. Separate services are not automatically included in a quote.
Describe the condition and access
Share the surface material, visible buildup, known damage, peeling finishes, and any manufacturer guidance you have. Mention gates, pets, parking, delicate landscaping, or other access constraints.
Photos taken safely from the ground can help explain the work. Do not climb a roof or ladder to prepare a request.
Confirm the scope
Provide the property address and ask what is included, how to prepare the area, and whether any concerns need a different professional. Before moving furniture or other items, confirm what Delta needs for the specific job.
