Terms & Conditions

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of https://deltaexteriorwashing.com and the messages we exchange with you. By using the site, submitting a form, or texting with us, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

A separate written estimate, proposal, or contract governs any work we actually perform for you. Where that document and these terms conflict, that document wins.

Our services

Delta Exterior Washing LLC provides the services described on this site, in and around Greater Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, West Baton Rouge Parish and the surrounding area. Descriptions and photographs here illustrate the kind of work we do; they are not an offer, a warranty, or a guarantee of a particular result on your property.

Any price discussed before we have seen the property is an estimate. Final pricing follows an inspection and is put in writing.

Requests, estimates, and scheduling

• Submitting a form or leaving a message is a request for contact, not a booking. Nothing is scheduled until we confirm it with you.
• Give us accurate contact and address details — we cannot reach you or reach the job without them.
• Weather, access, permits, and material supply can move a scheduled date. We tell you as soon as we know.
• Deposit, cancellation, change-order, and warranty terms are set out in your written estimate or contract.

Text message program

By giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Delta Exterior Washing LLC at that number, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• What we send: replies to your enquiry, quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notices, invoices and receipts, and — where you have opted in — occasional offers.
• Message frequency varies depending on your job and your preferences.
• Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee it.
• Supported carriers may change without notice.
• How we handle the number you give us is set out in our privacy policy, including our commitment that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this site

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or misrepresents who you are. We may refuse service or remove content that breaks these rules.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to Delta Exterior Washing LLC or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with hiring us. Any other copying, republication, or commercial use needs our written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we do not control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and following those links is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

This website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties relating to the site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

This disclaimer covers the website. It does not limit any workmanship warranty we give you in writing for work we actually perform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from messages sent through it — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised such damages are possible.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Delta Exterior Washing LLC harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to this site at any time, without notice, if these terms are broken. The sections that by their nature should survive — content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive that termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of LA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute we cannot resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Baton Rouge, LA, and you consent to that venue.

Before filing anything, contact us. Most disputes are settled with a phone call, and we would rather have that call.

Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right on one occasion is not a waiver of it on another.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version posted here is the current one, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
